Terms of sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
 
Contract

No contrach will exist between you and Bartosz Ciba for the sale of any product unless and untill Bartosz Ciba had accepted your order with confirmation that this has been dispatched. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to uyou at the time Bartosz Ciba sends an order dispatched email, and payment is taken from your credit/dibit card / PayPal. Our acceptance of your order brings into existance a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (Persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts.
 
Pricing, payment and deliveries

The prices payable for ordered goods are as set out in our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs are additional being clearly displayed where applicable and are included in the total cost. We accept PayPal payments and all major credit cards (through PayPal service). We offer payment plans on higher-end pieces. If you are interested in making a payment on an item, please contact us at customercare@bartosz.ciba.com. Bartosz Ciba ships with registered priority mail.
 
Returns

Goods purchased from this site may be returned if you are not completely happy with your purchase. This does not affect your statuatory rights.

Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging. Upon receipt of such items the card used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply).
 
Limitations of liability

So far as permitted by law, and except in respect of death or personal injury arising from negligence, we exclude any liability for loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of the site (including the reliance upon any information contained on it.
